Refund policy

Unless items are marked* otherwise, your order may be eligible for a return and refund if the item is unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.  You may start your return by sending an email to returns@inspiringclassicstyle.com, including your original order number and the items you would like to return in the body of the email.  A return shipping label will be generated and emailed back to you.  Returns postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date are eligible for a full refund of the merchandise total back to the original method of payment.  Returns postmarked more than 14 days after the delivery date are eligible for store credit only.  Returns postmarked after 30 days of the delivery date are not eligible for return or refund.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  A return shipping fee of $8 will be charged against all refunds.  Once returns are received and inspected at our headquarters, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.  ICS is not responsible for returns that are lost or stolen in transit.
