Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Please allow 5-10 days for processing after the order is placed for standard shipping.  All orders are shipped via UPS ground.  Deliveries typically arrive within 1-7 business days from the date of shipment.  Shipping and tracking information will be emailed to you.

Standard shipping* (typically delivered within 3-7 days of shipment) is charged on all orders at a flat rate of $8 per order for all orders under $250.  Orders over $125 are eligible for free shipping.  Expedited shipping* (typically delivered within 1-3 days of shipment) is available on all orders at a flat rate of $25 per order.  Expedited shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States.  Please note that all orders are shipped Monday through Friday; expedited orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday. 

ICS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once items are shipped, we encourage you to contact UPS with your tracking number for any tracking and delivery questions.
